Part playing poorly enough here. Apparently he’s been very sick the last few days, and it shows.
Part is all over the shop.
2-0 down now. Just tuning into this now - what’s up with him sickness wise Dunph?
.
Ear infection…
JP is a man steeped in BDO folklore as both a player and commentator. I want to see him get a crack at Taylor. Come on John.
Sidney, don’t forget ‘El Dartador’ is in action tomorrow night against Wade. Should be spectacular.
Super stuff by Part. He’s rallying. Come on John.l
Gutted. Though the Dane did play well and the good thing is we will get to see more of his daughter now.
Disappointed also for John Part. A thoroughly alright sort and the tournament is the poorer for his absence. He’s like the darting equivalent of Down. Rarely challenges for the title, but when he gets it together he’s devastating. Not this year sadly. A fully fit Part would have taken Taylor I believe.
Fairly shite line up tonight, like something you’d see at the Lakeside.
Like something you’d see at Lakeside? Should be excellent then, although I seriously doubt it’ll reach Lakeside’s high standards.
I hope the darts will be able to go ahead tonight…
despite the ramblings of jimmy i think tonight is the best of the first round. looking forward to watching the great richie burnett strutt his stuff
god bless walk on girls
Agreed, a real feast of darts awaits us tonight. Alcinas can be backed at 10/1 to beat Wade. :o
I have emptied the entire contents of my Betfair account on him so if it doesn’t go to plan i will have to deposit money back into it and i forget how to do that. I have been using Paypal but can’t remember how to transfer money into it from my bank account.
if wade has being on the sauce alcinas has a great chance. if wade is focused hard to see him losing. the fact that taylor is going so bad might give him the focus to apply himself and win his first world title.
Wade looks heavy to me recently which makes me think he is back on the sauce while Alcinas impressed me greatly during the World Cup. There is no way he should be 10/1 to beat Wade…
Burnett was 17 when he started playing darts. That’s mad when you think about it as he won the Blathered Drunk Organisation World Championships in 1995 aged 28. It doesn’t say much for the standard over there. Also, Jelle Klaasen was just 21 when he won the same competition…
ive always had a soft spot for burnett. has being playing well this year. id love to see him have a run this year. wade has put on serious weight.
