I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Wade doesn’t have the consistent scoring power to win a World title, he’s also a bottler and is hyped up far too much by Sky. If I didn’t know better I’d say he must be sleeping with one of them, they love him so much.

in fairness sid wade can score heavy. you cant win what hes won without being able to score heavy. hes problem is that he shows no respect to perceived lesser players and cant turn it on when he needs to. has to start with right attitude or he is fucked.
Wade’s biggest problem is that he is a repulsive, disgusting individual.

He isn’t one of the really high scorers, not in big matches anyway. Lewis, Whitlock or van Barneveld all have superior scoring power when on form. Nearly all of his tournament wins have been when somebody else took Taylor out. Has he ever beaten him in major competition?
I must say i was impressed with Lewis last night, that’s not to say i think he’ll win the tournament though. Whitlock absolutely bulldozed Denis Ovens earlier also in a performance that was worth noting.
never beating taylor in a major final but anytime he has played those mentioned he has matched them in scoring stakes.
whitlock would be my fancy. scores finishes and does’nt fear taylor
