They often pluck a few of these low lifes from those types of shitholes for these makey up scholarships alright, even at 3rd level. The lads in the Learning Support Unit have to break their holes trying to help them along in college then. They are far below the standard of the rest of the student population but can’t be allowed to fail as it wouldn’t be good for PR.
