Red departed these shores in the late 70’s to take up a residency in Vegas in one of the posh joints. Stories differ as to what transpired but he was home inside the fortnight citing homesickness. Alternative opinions said he was a dud etc , The Sunday World front page led with a picture of a sad looking Red under the headline
