Premier League 2017/18

Huddersfield take the lead against Manchester City on the stroke of half time. Otamendi own goal.

City will walk this.

They’re walking it already mate. That was a good win from the champions elect at Huddersfield yesterday after falling behind.

They hammered Huddersfield for the entire 90 minutes, the 0-1 scoreline was simply a misnomer.

Yes, but when you fall behind in a Yorkshire v Lancashire, War of the Roses game, particularly against the run of play, things can go very wrong.
That was the real hallmark of champions and the character of a Pep side to come from behind to win. Contrast that with how Man U slumped to defeat after conceding first at Huddersfield.

There’s simply no one capable of living with this City side. If they are to slip up, it will be down to themselves and no one else. I think its safe to say, that, even at this early stage, that they are the greatest, GREATEST football side the world have ever seen.

Mahrez has just scored a beauty against Spurs

Quality. Watford with all the posession. 0-3 now.

Watford the better side for the first 15 mins but two great finishes by Young.

Lindelof beginning to settle down a bit now.

Spurs two down at Leicester.

Fat Rafa staring down the barrel of a fifth defeat in a row as they trail Gary Megson’s West Brom 1-0.

A few first half goals and the rats come crawling out of their holes eh @balbec @GeoffreyBoycott

Stormzy fucks up a great chance there.

The original Ginger Mourinho

Indeed. The Spurs season unfolding pretty much along the lines of what I predicted back in August. God knows who’ll be still there for next season. We’ve just got a goal back. Lamela on his return after 12 months out has shown more creativity than we’ve seen from the rest of the team all season.

Rojo gives away a stupid penalty and Deeney makes it 3-1

What a goal by Jessie lingard.
