Filed under “Failure to be in command of area”. Imagine any of the better goalkeepers of the last 20 years getting caught like that. They’d either overpower the attacker and make the catch or they’d have the football brain to draw the refs attention in dramatic fashion to draw the foul. To meekly get bullied like that and allow that to happen in your box is embarrassing goalkeeping.

Tarkowski jumped up and put both hands down on his shoulders, how is he supposed to command his area when he’s being held down? Its the clearest foul you’d ever see. You could question the defenders perhaps for letting two Burnley players in on the keeper with no protection

Salah played a one two with Firmino on the right hand side and played a low ball in which the defenders and goalkeeper couldn’t deal with and Gini tapped in from one yard.

It was a foul. Maybe he could have done more but there’s no doubting that it was 100% a free out.

How can he be a bit stronger when a big centre half jumped up and pushed his two hands down on his shoulders?

This wind is weird. It looked to be behind Liverpool for a long stretch of that first half and then a few minutes later it was blowing the ball back the other way.
One thing that has been proven conclusively in that first half is that Trent Alexander-Arnold is very poor at judging wind.

Liverpool need to put this bed as early as possible. Don’t like the idea of holding onto a one goal lead with that wind, especially if Burnley get a set piece.
Lallana has been very industrious and has justified his inclusion.
Is it a 6 point wind ?
He was bullied because he was fouled. Every keeper would get bullied if opposition players were allowed to stop them from jumping
