Premier League 2026/2027

Coventry will do well to keep this respectable. They’d take 2-0 now

He’s gonna torment defenders

No repeat of Mick Quinn tonking the Gunners with a hat trick at the opening of the new North Bank stand on the opening day of the 1993/94 season.

Trossard was really really good, if he could run he’d have been Ballon D’Or. This lad is in a very similar vein, but has the youth in his legs to create that bit of separation from defenders.

Trossard got his big move too late imo. Himself and Hazard fucking hated each other I read.

A disappointing lack of predictions here. Be interesting to see what the knowledgable TFKers are expecting.

A bad un. His exit from City said it all

He gave our lads the runaround in the Aviva a couple of years ago in a Nations League game. Early in the HH era. That goal where Matt Doherty didn’t track back.

Was at Norwich, I’d say it’s like a young lad taking a few years to get up to speed at county

That’s not exactly narrowing it down

Matt said he’d mark him for 5 and track him back for another 5 but the FAI only paid him to mark him.

It’s great to have it back. Lads can stop pretending on here they are interested in watching castle muck town play bally go side ways in the east under 21 b Tipperary hurling championship.

Could we get a power ranking of rural GAA club names which sound like places from Deliverance for chic urban sophisticates like me to laugh at?

Interestingly the Glenamuck Road, which sounds like a place where fellas wash themselves in sewage, is in one of the poshest areas of Dublin, Foxrock, and would be very much rugby country.

I wasnt sure I was ready for the premier league to be back but something this morning has really reignited something in me. I love a soap opera

A real mid table battle between United and city coming up this season.

Palace should be outta sight here at Everton

And the PM cheers loudly as Everton take the lead

The Etihad deathly silent here, really out of keeping with its usual rocking atmosphere.

The wake is still going on sadly

It’s all gone
