I wouldn’t even look to spend that much. €150 should get a middle of the road tablet that does the job.
I’d be looking at like a Lenovo you’d get in Argos or a Kindle Fire.

If you do you can get a Bluetooth adapter to connect into the Aux.
If not you can get a Bluetooth transmitter to plug into the car charger
To get decent sound you need to fit a proper bridge. It’s not cheap.
