Ramos , legend- another thread gone

The true connossiuers of the game know Sergio was the GOAT.

Chaps.

A right wing silly fucker is what he is

McGraf would of course be in the conversation for sentimentality reasons and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise.

Big Virg is the greatest of them all.

He’s worth 30 points in the greatest league of all - the EPL.

Real will pay the ultimate price for its treatment of its leader

Cannavaro was the best, and it wasnt even close

He’s not even top 10 of all time you stupid little cunt.

The Liverpool fans are still seething with Ramos for accidentally injuring one of their players on the way to his 4th Champions League win

Lads think he was great because he was a snide cunt that wound up people.

Nesta would have chewed him up and spat him out.

Sergio Ramos was quite simply the greatest at what he did. Nobody else could sit in the stand looking at a match with an arrogant yet deeply panicked look as his team is on the ropes in the way he did. Nobody else will ever do so again. The problem for him now is he might have to actually play a bit of football.

Desailly McGrath, Nesta, Baresi, Koeman, Cannavaro, Hansen, Sammer, Ayala, Chiellini… All much better defenders to name a few and that’s before you go back to the older legends. Ramos is a fantastic leader but as an out and out defender - meh.

That’s the Balls.ie generation for you.

His disciplinary record alone discounts him from being considered an all time great.

Listen, you’ve lads nowadays whose entire football knowledge is garnered from 5 minute highlights clips on YouTube or what a player’s rating is on FIFA. It’s not their fault they don’t have the attention span to watch a full 90 minutes.

That time he sent Salah to the cairopractor drove the Liverpool lads absolutely demented

He fucked him right up there. Did he ever play again after that?

I judge him more on the 4 Champions Leagues, 2 European Championships and 1 World Cup personally

You raise a good point here where when Ramos was unavailable Real Madrid generally fell apart defensively

26 red cards would suggest Ramos was a fucking liability who relied on others on the team to win trophies for him.
