I can’t stand when people get there “up in”, “down in”, “over in” wrong. Think of the map, it’s not that hard.
I’m disappointed that Mac made this error but I can’t say I’m surprised. His defense of not being in doesn’t hold water either, you use your “up in”, “down in” or “over in” based on where you normally reside. For instance if I was normally residing in Dublin and I was in Kerry for the weekend and someone asked me where Clarkey was (and he happened to be home in Galway) I would reply “he’s over in Galway”.
Durrow is a grand spot, I was at a wedding there some years ago.

Yeah the castle, can’t remember what the staff were like, just remember the venue being quite nice.
Yea its a grand spot, dont much like weddings in those sort of settings, but they’ve done a nice job on it there.
