Based on the cars and the electrification it’s probably post war. Could be as late as the 1960s.
Can’t be as late as the ‘60s. I’d say late 30s to 40’s. Maybe early 50’s at a stretch.
You need to support your argument.
Looks like young fellas couldn’t even afford a bas on the hurley back then, and fellas are going around with frying pans now without a care in the world.

Seems they had a one way system, even back then.
Car on the left is an Austin A40 Devon model. These were produced from 1947 to 1952. So I’d say the picture is early to mid 50s.
