It’s the whitest city I’ve ever been to, you’d hardly see a person of colour
My brother lives here with his young family, haven’t been since 04, the Royal Mile is incredibly tacky but the rest is grand, off for run in the rain now down to Leith, might call to the Saturday market
Tell me, I’m doing a BBQ later but for ease I was going to throw the wings in the oven.
Yeah I’ll take a keg please
In the grill, I went for the healthy option
It’s the city I’ve been to the most after Dublin.
The only time I ever got really bad food poisoning in a restaurant it was in a very expensive restaurant in Edinburgh when I asked for the mussels.
Glasgow is a far better city than Edinburgh.
Oven doesn’t get them crispy enough. Rub them with cayenne, salt and pepper and oil and cook them on the BBQ for about 20 minutes turning once. In the meantime put about 50g og butter in a saucepan with 200ml of franks sauce and bring to the bubble slowly until well mixed. Pour the sauce over the wings when done and dig in. You’ll need to have a shower afterwards but it’s worth it.
I had my first Beyond Meat products last night at a vegan mate’s house. A Beyond burger and a few Beyond Sausages served with tomatoes and basil. All prepared on the grill in five minutes, great flavor.
All plant based, no GMO, no gluten, no soy, and no fear of food poisoning. An absolute game changer.
eating meat is something cavemen did
You missed a trick not getting photos of all that. An easy like in it for you.
I have an unwritten rule not to post photos online taken at other people’s houses. I think it’s disrespectful and intrusive. I’ll make an attempt to duplicate his efforts this weekend and post it up.
This stuff available in Ireland, mate?
Great news
I have a couple of new spuds on here that I brought in my pocket from Ireland
Tesco have it I believe.
There’s dozens of recipes on their (Beyond Meat) website.
They have burgers, sausages, mince and crumbles (for tacos).
No bigger than your fist for spud portion size, mate.
Lovely looking barbecue sauce on that salmon mate
Take out three of those spuds and you have correct portion
Edit…half the sauce on the salmon
