Mrs O 'Sullivan laid on a bit of a BBQ tonight – Steak - burger and some sausage — loads of salads and some new potatoes … lovely fresh strawberry and blueberry roulade for pudding.

It was my second meal…and it was delicious…shur, you can’t fast every week or the body gets used to it. You have to constantly trick your body.

just the 7 buttermilk pancakes there with a few pieces of bacon and maple syrup…just washing it down with a nice coffee now… I’ll be seeing the Arabs soon I’d say.

I had a Pablo picante burrito for lunch today with their super picante salsa.
I have a good tolerance for heat and a lot of spicy food but that stuff is atomic.
I’ve squeezed out two shits in the last half an hour which may have well sizzled when they hit the toilet water.
Will definitely have it again

Fried red curry from the Thai tonight… Top notch. The Golden Elephant in Douglas is possibly the nicest Thai takeaway I’ve ever had, it’s sublime… The fried red curry is way nicer than regular red curry. Had a cornetto for pudding.
