RAVENOUS (Part 1)

I just made a bit of comfort food there for the supper inspired by the tapas resteraunt in Dingle doing an instagram video of it last night.

  1. Cooked a few oven chips
  2. Made a veggie chilli with onions, garlic, paprika, ginger, tin of tomatoes, tin of mixed beans
  3. Made a mayo mix out of mayonnaise, siracha and some tomato chutney
  4. Mixed all the chips with the mayo to coat them with it
  5. Coated chips in a bowl
  6. chilli on top of chips
  7. Bit of grated cheese on the top

Im in a fucking food coma here…went back for 2nds and finished the kids as well…sensational

I have to say lads, standards have really shot up around here. Careful now, ye will be expected to keep this up.

Post up EXACT instructions on those chips whenever you get up in the morning, kid.

He just gave you the recipe mate, layer them on the burger, one after the other.
Some lads want to be spoon fed.

What sort of fryer are those chips from?

I asked for the recipe for the chips, mate. Nobody makes better burgers than me

jesus I’m ravenous

Do you have any spuds lying around? dice them and fry them with an onion and a bell pepper in olive oil and kerrygold, add garlic and fresh rosemary at the end, and plenty of salt.
