Did you add anything to thicken the sauce?
Nah, it was cooking for 5 hours so I actually needed to loosen it every once in a while with some extra stock and curry powder

I’d like it a lot and I’m planning on learning how to make it. It’s very inconsistent between shops. I like it with pretty much anything.
I wouldn’t be a massive fan of coleslaw but Dunnes do a cheese coleslaw that is mighty tack.
A simple enough roast dinner, lamb and spuds. Bottom left is roast parsnip,onion and mushrooms with garlic and rosemary. A lovely combination.
