What was the pike like? Not a fish I’ve ever tried or seen offered here and only heard of Germans eating it

It was pike or perch depending on availability, so perch today. Probably plain enough on it’s own but the consomme lifted it
Where was it? Looked incredible, at least one Michelin star for the pictures,
This was the place. It is definitely a gourmet experience

Perch is a vastly superior taste to pike.
