Passed it there the other day - it used to be a decent little cafe. Will check it out

Size of two houses

Seared it first. Slathered in a bit if Dijon after it cooled. Breadcrumbs with grated parmesan, few herbs.

160 in the oven until 55 degrees.

Was magnificent. We’re blessed with great produce in this country, blessed. Fuck all to do to it bar a bit of dressing of it.
