They threw up a kind of surf and turf for main meal today. I had beef, pork, chicken and some salmon. Potato gratin and braised veggies. Fruit crumble and home made Ice cream and 4 coffees for pudding.
Much better. A fine bit of grub

I have done. But I’d be in France more often. And they feel it’s a local dish in the Perpignan region as many of them feel Catalan.
