That picture is the leg marinading. Got.it Friday from the butcher and marinaded then. Fuck load of lemon juice and yoghurt to break down the meat. 25 mins is all it took then on the bbq

Had an unbelivable meal in barcelona tonight.

Margerita and glass of red to start

Mushrooms and goats cheese on toast
Rustic bread which was essentially cheese on toast with garlic ailoi

Satay chicken
Carpaccio of salmon with guac and potato salad
