Not really - was mild enough.
I’ve always wanted to do a proper ramen but takes fucking ages with hours of boiling pigs feet in huge pots just to start.
Odd they use chicken broth with pork in this place. Definitely giving it a whirl,.looks.unreal

How’d you make that
Sliced up a few chicken breasts and coated in egg and then coated with spiced up flour with chilli flakes and paprika. Cooked that in the oven and cooked chips in oven too
Fried up onion tomato and peppers in the wok… Fired in a “spice bag mix”… Then put the cooked chicken and chips into the wox and mixed it all up
Topped with garlic mayo and spring onions
