No leftover from yesterday’s roast and heated up in the oven so they were better again. Olive oil and duck fat on them.

Lovely stuff. Was sure you’d hardly oven roast a hape of em specially to have with steak.

Would never think to do a load extra with a roast as likelihood is myself and rest in the house end up just eating double sooner than leaving them

I’ve a rake for tomorrow too. I was worried the pork belly I had yesterday wasn’t big enough so did a hape extra spuds, turned out there was loads.

If it aint broke, don’t fix it. Poached eggs on toast with hummus and chilli sauce.
