@backinatracksuit I was in Cork today for a funeral. We were in the pub later in the evening and some food from a chipper was ordered in. It was a mixed box of your usual things like goujans, onion rings etc but there was also these battered potatoe cakes. They were really tasty but very filling . Are those things a Cork specialty?
