Fry ups are rank. Pure peasant food in a ball of grease… The rare time i have one i always regret it.
But Looking for a ‘good’ fry up 
- they’re all the same.

Dreadful stuff, I haven’t had a fry in about 10 years. A couple of eggs and a few cuts of brown bread do the trick. Oh and some smashed avocado cc @Fagan_ODowd

Persian Beef. Pomegranate, rocket, reverse seared beef, sauce with pomegranate molasses, balsamic and Dijon mustard

I wouldn’t have boiled the steak but it looks like a decent feed
Saw a thing about some Michelin star chef and scrambled eggs.
All usual stuff - mix with a whisk, butter and lots of it, salt, stir with plastic spatula.
The magic - push the mixture through a fine wire sieve before cooking. I’ll try and report back if it’s a gamechanger
If there isn’t some kind of report by 6pm we’ll assume this wasn’t gamechanging.
Hopefully all parties are all alive and in robust health.
