I’d like the recipe for that. Looks unreal.

The black garlic might be the one thing that’s hard to get. I got it in Mezze in Tramore but I’d say you would get it on the INTERNET

I actually saw Black Garlic in a shop last week.
Was pricey enough?

I paid 4€ for a bulb of it in Mezze.

And did you use two bulbs as per the recipe?

No. I was only only doing it for my own own dinner today and tomorrow. So I halved all the measurements. So just one bulb.
