I love a good choucroute but it’s hit and miss and that picture looks miss to me,
Doesn’t seem to be much sauerkraut but maybe it’s all buried
I hope you referred to it as sauerkraut over there and not choucroute. Otherwise you could spark off an international incident

Never heard of Chorizo and Halloumi pancakes before but its not the unlikeliest of combinations and sounds like it could work. What did you use for the batter? Presume your usual flour, eggs and milk?
