:joy:

The insecurity

There is unreal consistency in the cooking of salmon. Absolute perfection every time without fail and all the exact same.

Burnt to a crisp without fail.

You’d think he’d stick it in the oven and bake it instead of burning it on a pan every time.

Drizzled ???

herb encrusted, some roasters cannot get their heads around it

Sure herbs are for poofs. Everyone knows that.

They cannot understand organic either, if it doesnt have fertiliser or angel dust mixed in it, then it’s no good

A lot of these lads have never ate proper in their lives.

They cant understand how a man living on a park bench on the mainland is having pan fried salmon for lunch.

Depends on the herb

@carryharry

organic farmed salmon, you’d want your head examined to ate that stuff out of the sea, with all the plastic pollution

You think the rivers and lakes are cleaner than the sea?

i always love to see a few halfwits on the internet being driven demented by something like a perfectly cooked piece of herb encrusted salmon

Just stick the rivers and the lakes that you’re used to

simply put thats a superbly cooked piece of salmon, as good as anything cooked for this forum before. any man worth his salt can imagine pulling that apart with a fork. lovely and moist id say, and the crust done to perfection complimenting it lovely.
