I’m in superb shape, I have excellent eating habits.
I had a ribeye steak, half an avocado, and an apple for breakfast. Not a diet it was the only food I had going.

The cones are very good in ryan’s centra this summer, the ice cream is spot on in terms on texture and you get a great fill for €1.80 on the large cone.

One of the finest cones I’ve had. And they offered free syrup. I had a small trickle of chocolate.

The myprotien favouring drops are the job…No badness in them…add them to 0% quark and you have a lovely sweet filling… I add the white chocolate flavour to it and have it over a meringue topped with berries. Unreal.
Well no. It was whole avocado. I had the second half with three eggs this morning. I’m fucked for tomorrow though, I’ll have to buy something on the way in to work.
I bought mince the other day. Realised today the date was gone a couple of but having had a good look and sniff I reckoned it was ok. Mrs J forbade me from giving it to the kids so I’d the chance to throw a heap of Chilli in it along with wine, dark chocolate, some jalfrezi sauce and all the veg. Fucking gorgeous and it looks like I’ll have the pot to myself although Mrs J is loved the smell of it and is planning to have some if I’m not sick tomorrow

You deserve a kick in the arse for buying what I can only guess is a packet of mince from a supermarket. Best to always buy it on the day you intend to use it, and get the butcher to mince it there and then.
You also deserve a big clap on the back for having the sense and chutzpah to determine its fitness for purpose based on look and smell.

Nah it was the fancy ‘butcher’ in malahide. It’s always use within one day cos they have no preservatives or shit in it. I’ve just been a busy man this week.
I’m fairly certain there have been no ill effects. I’ve just had a bowl of Chilli mince for breakfast to make sure. @glasagusban
