What’s the spice mix you used there? I love a coffee based rub myself, salt, pepper, ground coffee (I use a decaf expresso), paprika, chili pepper, mustard, brown sugar, oregano, ginger and coriander. Put it into a container with a tight fitting lid, and it will keep you going for months.

I use decaf as I’m not a coffee drinker and caffeine gives me the jitters. The flavor is tremendous though.
the reckon coffee is good for you now again, I am back drinking 7 or 8 cups a day

What kind of backward place do you live where they don’t have decaf expresso? Have you never been to a decaf expresso tasting?
