Well when I say rustled up. I meant I walked to the local daybreak.
I’m struggling to put up a bit of weight, I’ve lost 3 lbs since early May because of all the tearing around pitches up and down the length of Tipp and beyond. I have to fatten myself up.

Drinking is the best way to put on weight quickly but I’d say you need no encouraging there.
I wouldn’t put up any weight ateing a roll like that. It’s practically an albino roll. I’d be shitting it out for the day

I’d dropped a few pounds leading into this week as I’d ramped the training back up. However I’ve had two pizzas, a supermacs and a serious amount of shite (chocolate, crisps, pop) the last few days. The last thing I need to add to the itinerary is another snack/dinner box
