I agree. I was more concerned with horsing into it at that stage and someone needs to post honest photos of grub on here rather than photoshopped restaurant steaks

I roasted some cauliflower at the weekend for a change. Tossed it in rapeseed oil, lemon juice and garlic first.

I’d use chorizo for chilli which would be a different animal altogether. Chorizo makes everything taste good.
