The mighty Cork have won 2 a decade for the last 3 decades not counting this one, 6 in 30 years. Kilkenny won more than that in one decade. This is despite Cork having the largest pick in the country (for 3 of those decades) arguably Dublin have a bigger pick now. What excuses do ye have for such a measly return from such a mighty hurling County?
No argument from me that Limerick hurling has had it’s problems, but I’ll be fucked if I sit here and let a Cork man tell me what they are when evidently they have problems closer to home. Granted, the problems mightn’t be as serious as what has happened in Limerick over the years, but no underage title won since 2008, no senior title won since 2006, tell me who is on the upward curve? The reigning Munster minor and senior champions?
Well i think it’s no coincidence that our all ireland success rate started to drop off from the time Frank Murphy came to power.3 senior hurling all irelands in 24 years and 1 football all ireland in that time.I’ve been pointing out Cork Gaa’s problems for the last 5 fucking years on the internet and i will keep going on about them until they are solved. We have inadequate underage systems. That Rebel Og thing is just a botch job that’s papering over the cracks. We have a county board that is oblivious with regards to things like underage development (they also couldn’t be bothered to spend the money) and even if we did land a surpise all ireland win last year it would only be papering over the cracks. But despite all that i always believe in the magic of Cork hurling.Due to the sheer size of the county we will always produce the players. We just need to reform the county board and get people with a new vision at the top table.
the Cork are like mushrooms attitude is exactly why ye are in the predicament ye are in… ah sure the hurlers are there we don’t need to put in the work. Massive under age work has meant that Clare, Waterford and Limerick are arguably now ahead of Tipp and Cork at under age levels, due to the inherent arrogance of both those counties. Time is running out for ye’re 2 this decade, and Tipp have already won their one… hopefully Kilkenny won’t be as dominant so there is a chance there for the likes of Clare, Limerick, Galway and Dublin to have a better than average decade
Nial Moran is a gentleman don t get me wrong
is it bad to ye have to bring Moran back
County Board are the problem.
Winning an All Ireland last year would have papered over the cracks.
We always produce good players regardless.
I’ve being pointing out Corks Gaa’s problems for the last 5 years on the Internet.
You fucking spastic.
I wouldn’t say we have to Joe, if he can still make an impact we should take him back. Makes sense.
True a great sub, But ye should have more men you
so ye are happy with another year

Cork have unfortunately turned gay. I don’t know what the fuck happened down there. Unfortunately that’s the way things are down there presently.
