The misogynists in full flow tonight

Karmas a bitch. The Irish ladies betrayed Vera for all her efforts and frankly her isolation at the homecoming was the final headkick. McCabe and her cronies have fallen flat on their faces at every hurdle ever since.

The following month, Ireland veteran Diane Caldwell publicly called out Pauw, as she suggested that the national team’s success during her tenure had been “in spite” of the Dutch coach, rather than thanks to her efforts.

Rugby World Cup Quarter Finals levels of delusion.

Marie might tone down her over the top championing of women’s sports on Game On now.

Doesnt work for the rugby.

Rock and a hard place there for Marie.

I feel emboldened by strength in numbers & seeing my fellow TFK misogyny crew members are on active duty since last night…but Ireland Football/FAI really should have separate social media accounts for the men’s & women’s national team. It’s highly stressful having to scroll past so much shite about the latter.

She’s hopeless, doesn’t have much knowledge of sport other than being a cheerleader for Liverpool.

Plenty of knowledgeable women in the sporting media but she isn’t one of them.

It slightly irks me that the RTE sports news refuses to differentiate between the men’s and women’s national teams in terms of basic description.

They’ll say something like “Ireland are in Nations League action tonight against Slovenia”, and I’ll reflexively think “but the Nations League is over and anyway we’re not in an international window?” and then I’ll realise they’re referring to the women’s team.

They sometimes do this when referring to the English Women’s Premier League too, referring to it as simply “the Premier League”.

“Liverpool take on Arsenal in the Premier League this Sunday (what?)…which means it’s a battle between Ireland internationals Denise O’Sullivan and Katie McCabe.”

The American way of referring to the USMNT/USWNT so as to avoid this sort of confusion is one of the few good things America has ever given to the world.

Alan Brazil’s granddaughter plays football.

There’s a difference between a fabulous grandad and fabulous dad.
(I was gonna say great but it made the sentence confusing)
