Road to Wrestlemania XXVI

ZZ Top confirmed for next week. That’s your theory out the window then Shan…

The week after will probbably be Alf the way these things are going.

Cena < Entourage

Will at least you were right about there being a “Dusty” hosting it next week. That being Dusty Hill of ZZ Top as opposed to Dusty Rhodes.

Can’t believe i’m watching this, i’ve to get up at 8:00.

Seth Green will be like a rag doll in there.

Madness. I dont work till 4pm.

One Rko on Seth Green please. Cmon Orton.

How’d he get worked into this, haven’t seen it in a while?

He made this match at the start of Raw after Orton came out when Seth and Hunter were in the ring promoting that stupid Robet Chicken.

Presume this match will be 5 minutes. Already 4am.

Guest host on RAW every week, he’s the guest host this week and put himself in the main event.

I second Shan’s wish for Seth Green to receive an RKO during this match.

Seth Green is 35 and if you didn’t know any better you’d swear he was 16.

Anyway…

Damm anyway. It would have been hard to do a RKO on a midget. Cena either didnt feel the effects of Sledgehammer(Not the tfk member) because it looked like he was hit. Looked like a fuck up.

In the wake of his WWE release, Hall of Famer Superstar Billy Graham, seemingly upset with WWE, is parting ways with his Hall of Fame ring.

Graham, real name Eldridge Wayne Coleman, told the UK Sun that years of misinformation about the significance of the Hall of Fame contributed to his frustration. He noted that despite Shane McMahon’s years of talk regarding building a physical WWE Hall of Fame, Vince McMahon recently threw that out the window.

“Vince McMahon made a remark at a recent Board meeting that there will never be an actual Hall of Fame building and that the Hall of Fame is something that only exists in his head,” said Graham. “Therefore, if the Hall of Fame is only a figment of Vince’s imagination, I will depart with my ring.”

The Sun labeled Graham “furious” with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon; Graham said he is not sentimental about the wrestling business.

The current eBay bid on the ring is $8,100; Graham received notice that he would be released from his consultant contract earlier this year. It expires this month.
Just found the ring on ebay. The bid is 9,000 dollars now. Jeez what a way to whore your hall of fame status.

Here’s a curious one, did The Rock and HBK ever face off in one-on-one competition?

I don’t believe they ever did. Two legends of the sport who have never competed against one another.

Yep. You’re right there. Just the way shit panned out.

The Rock will surely return at some point, if only for a match at wrestlemania. He has never ruled out a return and constantly states how much he loves and misses the business. Sure even Hogan hasn’t ruled out a return when pressed recently and the man can hardly get out of bed in the morning he has so many aches and pains.

The Rock has said that the only wrestlers he’d come back to wrestle against would be Cena, HBK or Rey Mysterio.

Bit of a backstory. When the Rock was young and hung out at the wrestling events Shawn Michaels wasnt very respectful to his Family.

I cant see him coming back beacause as a Movie Star he earns way more than Vince could ever pay for one match. The only reason Hogan came back time and again was beacuse his movies were shit. Piper for the same reason. Cena same.

The Rock debuted at Survivor Series 1996 Michaels retired after Wrestlemania XIV in 1998. The Rock was pretty much a non active wrestler then from mid 2003 onwards. Michaels only returned mid 2002.

Work it out.

Rock started Survivor Series 96. There was rumours Shawn and Hunter didnt like him which explains why Rock and Hunter didnt get on back in 1998-2000 and the pops they had at each other like the ones at last years hall of fame. When Rock mentioned the all time greats of the business Shawn didnt get mentioned.

And why should he?

I wouldn’t have HBK ahead of Austin, Flair, Taker, Brett or indeed Rock himself.
