I was talking to a roma acquaintance of mine there. I wasn’t in a position to buy much from him, on account of the economy…as bruce would say. But I suggested that some of my American colleagues would go mad for his merchandise. He said, “Glenshane, you’re irish. You can go wherever you want. Me, I’m roma. No-one wants me”.
