Wales are very poor in my opinion. Theyāve a toothless attack and just lack class all over their field. South Africa and Australia are ten points better than them. As Iāve been trying to tell you I pay little attention to the rankings when judging head to heads. I think theirs little between nz and the Boks. Ireland are leading the chasing pack with Australia, England and Wales. Then youāve France and Argentina. Iād say this is the closest between 1 and 8 in my life time. I guess the rankings are changing so often itās reflective of this.

Why? Australia are better than wales. Why is it better we play them? Beating South Africa, Australia and New Zealand In 14 days would be an incredible achievement. Incredibly difficult. Something no team has done before Iād imagine.
Aussies are always a tough nut to crack. Much better than wales. I wouldnāt make any judgments till after the 1/4 final anyway.
Itād be like someone beating cork Tipp Kilkenny and the reigning all Ireland champions to win an all Ireland in the hurling.

No you canāt run off the all Ireland in 14 days. Iām sure other teams have won three games in order to win the world cup in 14 days or so. Thatās generally how these competitions work and it is the same for all teams as it is for Ireland. But for some reason the rubby crowd try to make out it must be tougher for ireland, despite the handy draw and the fact that we are in the top two teams in the world and regularly beat the top team these days.
You started bringing Limerick GAA into it last week yourself ā actually, most rubby lads end up comparing rubby to GAA.
A team Beating the Southern Hemisphere big 3 in 14 days has never been done in the history off rugby. It probably hasnāt occurred too often to be fair. It would be a huge task.
