Surprising lack of upsets during RWC2019 so far.

Is that Senator Catherine Noone on the DƔil junket to Japan?

Did she get sorted with match tickets?

They paid their own way apparently

what are tomorrows fixtures @ChairmanDan?

Having a good look at the tapes and South Africa are so similar to munster under razzy. Very little creativity and will rely on a power game to score. Schmidt will pick this defense apart with three weeks to plan. Iā€™d already be suggesting the 12 and 13 have to be henshaw and ringrose. South Africa are shooting up in the 13 channel trying to force teams to play narrow. If ringrose can pass or kick outside their 13 Chanel South Africa are in huge trouble. Earls/Conwa/stocdale will have a field day. South Africaā€™s back three are very shakey under a high ball but thankfully the All blacks didnā€™t go after them. Murray was back to his best and if we can isolate any of Kearney, stocdale or henshaw under 50 50 high balls they are in huge trouble too. Kolbe for all his talents is positionally poor. I think if Ireland can hold out during the early onslaughts weā€™ll win. Our defense is brilliant and will only get better with henshaw and bob back. Theyā€™ve a something out of nothing player in kolbe and then itā€™s pick and go. Very basic. Our pack is fairly huge with hendo, furlong, Ryan and stander too. Iā€™m predicting Ireland 27 South Africa 14. Itā€™s very like last years all Ireland hurling final. Weā€™ve all the aces. Will need a little luck early on but this is finally our time.

Was the NZ SA game not just shadow boxing? Hence SA may have more up their sleeve? Or does that Razzie bloke know no different?

Samoa v Russia.

Donā€™t forget itā€™s all on your wall chart kid.

Rassie didnā€™t look too disappointed after it anyway

Whatever about New Zealand thereā€™s no way South Africa would want to be playing Ireland if they had the choice of Scotland/Ireland. I think when New Zealand and South Africa play theirs invariably an edge to it as theirs genuine hatred between the squads. I donā€™t think razzy is a great coach in the Schmidt sense. Heā€™s more of a ceo/director of rugby type. The job heā€™s done with South Africa is similar to the one heā€™s done at Munster. Took over A mess, instilled discipline, improved fitness and built a very simple game plan on a teak tough defense. He didnā€™t have long with Munster but he seriously lacked an end game. When plan A didnā€™t work they looked listless. I see some similarities with South Africa. What I also find with South Africa and New Zealand is theyā€™ll beat you their way. New Zealand beat teams because they are better. South Africa because they are bigger. Ireland will beat you because they are more tactically flexible. Theyā€™ll look to exploit your weaknesses. South Africa wonā€™t change up their back three to deal with Murrayā€™s kicking game. Where Schmidt is a horses for courses type. Heā€™ll bring back in Kearney as he knows heā€™ll combat the saffers style. The genius of Schmidt and his ability to read opposition teams and allow himself to be flexible in selection and tactically gives Ireland a punchers chance against any team. I think razzy is moving already from South Africa post World Cup to head up rugby in South Africa across the board.

Felix Jones knows the whole game plan and is it any wonder rassie picked him up for an assistant coaching job. Weā€™ve been caught off guard here big time.

How does Felix Jones know The Whole game plan ? He never worked with Schmidt. Jones was ran out of Munster.

Youā€™ll be an expert by the time Iā€™m done with ya kid .
