So gatty ends up with a marginally worse record than Schmidt at world cups. Joe had 100 percent record at world cups v six nations side and had no wins versus the big Southern Hemisphere four. Gatland was blessed to meet six nations sides in the 1/4 finals in 2011 and 2019. He even managed to lose to a six nations team in 2011. Wales and Ireland donāt seem to be any closer in knocking the big teams out at the moment.
