Turns out the Germans sent them a ball of unusable junk from east germany.

You’d hope the Ukrainians can get their hands on all this abandoned gear, before the Russians can come back for it. The way it’s going Vlad is arming them quicker than Nato

Western sanctions on Russia akin to declaration of war, says Putin
President Vladimir Putin said western sanctions on Russia were akin to a declaration of war, reports Reuters.
He said Moscow needed to defend Russian speakers in Ukraine’s east as well as its own interests.
In televised comments to female flight attendants he said Russia wanted Ukraine to be “demilitarised”, “denazified” and to have neutral status.
He also said he has no plans to declare martial law in Russia, reports AFP:
Not sure entirely why he is delivering addresses to female flight attendants, but how and ever.

If the weather is that bad seems odd to be abandoning vehicles unless they’re out of fuel?
I’ve heard of abandoned Machinery in other wars being booby trapped but no signs of that tactic from the Russians so far.
You’d imagine they would dig in around the convoy and defend it until someone arrived to help if they were arsed. But it seems like they all just fucked off home out of it
I’d have thought fleeing home would result in death or serious prison time.
