Out of interest Runt, how fresh were the chips if the transaction was completed within a minute? Were you just lucky with timing that some were being readied just as you arrived? Or is it common practice in Enzo’s to always have chips ready to go during busy periods like lunchtime?

A fella had just purchased a bag of chips before me so I assume they were from the batch put on for him. They would have a good crowd at lunch time so I’d say they keep firing out the chips.
Limerick chippers are busy places Mac, a constant conveyor belt of chips are required…
