Pretty sure they owned Cobblestone Joes too.
There was some sort of fairly public falling out between the brothers involved, I think one of them may have had some mental health difficulties at the time.

Fuscos is the best chipper chipper in Limerick at the moment btw.

They’re all the same :man_shrugging:

I hope they’ve paid their bills this time. Plumbers and electricians have mortgages too.

The Willum/Parnell street mafia will whack you if you persist with this open disrespect.

I’ve no problem with Limerick chippers, they’re all grand, but they’re all the same as well, same menu, same chips

Fuscos always has been good. Was there earlier this year and got a great feed. You couldn’t be eating that type of grub too often though.

Tis pure stodge.

I’m saying that as a man who went for a big burger and chip last night. I’m feeling it today

Kranks Korner in the 90s heyday was the top shelf of Limerick chippers! :joy:

Anybody remember Loopys? Near where Gleesons sports is

How do you make out it’ll be any good? Who are the hurlers involved?

My abiding memory of Kranks burgers would be generous portions of lettuce

Around 2000, as young roasters coming in for nights out in Limerick, we devised a strategy for Kranks. The queue for chips at 3am would be out the door but you could order pizzas from the side and there was never a queue. Then you could sit down by the side there and keep an eye on your pizza.

What happened then?

You’d get the pizza while the city slickers were still queueing to order their chips :man_shrugging:
