Serie A season 2012/2013

Di Natale smacks the bar with a long range free, a comical wall from Inter it must be said.

Muriel has been very impressive, he hasnā€™t been able to play his more natural game which is playing on the shoulder of defenders because Di Natale has been given that role, instead he has dropped deep and linked up play very well, showing nice footwork and good passing skills. Di Natale has had a shocker so far, his complete lack of mobility and ability to hold the ball up has been evident all game. Heā€™s a very limited player and his goal record masks this, Denis would have scored as many goals as Di Natale had he been made no.1 striker at Udinese.

Jonathan misses from four yards after great work from Cassano.

Everytime Cassano gets on the ball he looks like creating something, sadly that hasnā€™t been enough for Inter today.

Di Natale gives Udinese the lead after getting on the end of Lazzariā€™s lovely ball over the top and powerfully finishing the move.

Muriel cynically taken out as he was rampaging right through Interā€™s centre, heā€™s going to be an immense player.

Di Natale chickens out of a 50/50 after being played in expertly by Lazzari again.

Inter have been very poor in this second half, they badly need reinforcements in midfield and attack.

Luis Muriel.

What a player.

2-0 Udinese.

Alvaro Pereira must be the flop of the season this year, thought he looked a good player when I saw him play with Porto and Uruguay but he has been dreadful with Inter, he has looked really slow and his delivery from wide positions is erratic.

Di Natale taps home after another fantastic ball in from Lazzari.

3-0.

Muriel comes off to a standing ovation.

This young man will have a lot to say in Brazil in 18 months time.

Cambiasso was abysmal for all three goals today, heā€™s not a centre half, heā€™s a very average midfielder.

Interā€™s away form has really gone to shit over the past couple of months

Things are looking ominous for them.

Milito is getting on now and is extremely inconsistent. Palacio had found his level at Genoa and is out of his depth and they are solely reliant on Cassano from a creative viewpoint. They then went out and brought 35 yr old fourth choice Lazio striker Tomasso Rocchi to aid their attacking situation.

Gargano has gone to shit over the past month, Cambiasso is awful technically and Guarin is not the most tatically responsible player. A lot of their summer signings now look like being complete flops (Periera, Palacio and Silvestre). Ranocchia was missing today and you could see it, heā€™s had a very good season for Inter Cambiasso was responsible for the three goals today playing at centre half. Their squad options are very poor all over the pitch, Rocchi is a ridiculous option to bring in - he is done, heā€™s barely Serie B level at this stage. They had a great start to the season but I can now see them falling away badly, Iā€™d expect them to finish bottom of the pack in 7th.

I see on twitter that Paul Pogba is the only non Italian player in the Juventus line up today. Doubt there are too many other sides in the top 5 or 6 leagues in Europe who could make the same claim with regards home grown/indigenous players

Milan have nine Italians in their starting line-up today as well.

Just saw Di Nataleā€™s goals. Two fantastic finishes - heā€™s really a tremendous player.

Sampdoria lead in Turin!!!

10 man Sampdoria have beaten Juventus in Turin!!!

That makes tonightā€™s game even bigger than it already was!
