A load of the same problems that have been glaring all season again apparent today. Some collective, some individual, some shit coaching, some shit recruitment.
- Sentimentality around Scott Brown. Time waits for no man, even in jocko football. Taken out of the game easily for both goals.
- Soft mentality. When you keep saying the opposition isn’t great but they keep beating you then it says a lot. And they aren’t great. But they are committed, play to defined roles and so on. Celtic are pretty much a rabble of weak, weak cunts. That second half gave me ire. If I was 6 years younger and only around 33 or 34, I’d probably go onto social media to (non-racially) abuse most of the Celtic players. Gutless cunts.
- Jonjoe Kenny?
3a. Diego Laxalt?
3b. Greg Taylor?
3c. A possession dominant team like Celtic needs dynamic and creative full backs. How the fuck have we ended up post Tierney with this collection of useless fucks? - Reliant on a load of lads that don’t want to be there or won’t be there next season in any case. The latter group includes a lot of loanees and players whose contracts are expiring.
- How a treble treble winning squad has been allowed to become decimated with practically no succession planning is some indictment on the club from top to bottom.
- All that said, I think a good manager and some targeted investment could see us improve quickly and markedly. Very basic things like team structure, shape, organisation, better attitude can be corrected by someone with any kind of ability and authority.

Agreed with that. #3 is the most galling for me today. I mean the whole thing is massively disspiriting but such an abysmal group of full backs.
Taylor can defend reasonably most of the time but he can’t do anything on the ball. It’s not just beating a man. His passing is awful too.
Laxalt is one mistake after another. His energy distracts from his ineptitude. He scored one screamer that probably saved Lennon’s job too the fool. He’s worse than Bolingoli.
Kenny is the pick of the bunch. Plays every minute of every game. A coward who hides out wide and contributes nothing on the ball. I think Ralston is up there as one of the worst Celtic players in recent times but he’s a far more likeable and useful player than Kenny. A horrible horrible footballer.

I’d get rid of Taylor if a Championship club is interested. Would go with Bolingoli as a backup if we can’t get rid of him rather than Taylor.
Doig is a decent prospect at Hibs but only really as a squad option at this point.
Judging by today, Edouard and Ajer have already one foot out the door.
It’s a huge, huge job on the hands for the next manager.
