Significant people's (not celebrities) deaths

Did some turn as John Wayne Gacy in one of those odyssey movies you’d get in the 80s. A legend

Fuck sake, if a man who’s won 2 Tonys, a Golden Globe, and starred in FX, First Blood, Silverado, Gorky Park, Ratatouille, Cocoon, Presumed Innocent and Romeo & Juliet isn’t a celebrity it’s all fucked.

And not to mention an appearance in The West Wing

Think I’ll try watch Silverado over the coming days.

Former Leeds United footballer Norman “Bites yer legs” Hunter.

It seems nobody is a celebrity anymore.

Lived here for a bit I think. Saw him cycling over Matt Talbot bridge one day.

He’d have been a celebrity alright. Probably not in the minds of the many opponents he’d clashed with over a long career. These players will remember him, along with his illustrious team-mates such as Bremner, Giles and Charlton as dirty, manevolant, vindictive thuggish fuckers who’s success was partly achieved through intimidation.

Anyhow, RIP Norman.

A grand memory is of him saying he forgave his kidnappers as while he felt he was in a hopeless situation at the time, so did they.

The Tiede finally went out on him.

R.I.P

The Limerick Soviets destroyed the best company that ever landed in the place, after only 6 years.

That was a sensational story at the time. Ferenka was a big operation.
