This is true. I feel that we have lost a voice of truth. An authentic principled journalist. I am truly sad at this news.

I havenāt read his Irish neutrality book but as I understand it he argues that neutrality cost De Valera a united Ireland and it sounds like a load of bollocks.
Havenāt read it either. It may be a load of bollocks. But what I give him credit for is not accepting the ālineā. He always seemed to question the official spin.
