The amount of people at the funeral yesterday with their phones out, ensuring they were seen in the throes of grief was telling.
I’m still not the better for it. He is a tremendous writer.
Phones are a blight on society. The amount of people watching concerts through their phones taking videos is ridiculous. At the semi final this year I was sat next to a man in his forties who spent most of the match taking videos of the match and sending them to people and posting them and looking at the replies he was getting. He had two small children with him who he barely interacted with the entire game. It was extremely sad.*

A lad that age should have more sense, probably a Munster supporter who’s jumped on the bandwagon.
Modern Irish ppls attitudes
It’s appalling at times,
Young girl jumped into the Lee 2 years back and instinctively ppl got out the phones instead of jumping in
Or at least call 999
Then to make matters worse, when the fire service etc managed to haul her out- fuckers continued to snap away,
No respect or care for the girl
That’s a lovely poem
There isn’t a thread on this board safe from @thelimericks
Singing low notes, maybe, such as on many of the tracks on her debut album but too often had a strained, screechy tone .
True but the good ones were brilliant
That Pavarotti cunt was the same. Always screeching and straining.
…just like his mate Bono.
Sinead only had two octaves but she did a hell of a job with limited range.
Bono:roll_eyes:how anyone’ can bear to even look at that cunt not a mind listen to ‘her ‘ I’ll never know,
The most needy of all Irish artists
Her?
Yeah
Odd.
Don’t think that’s correct. What tan Cunt calls it gaelic?
