Anyone who drinks the above please justify yourselves in this thread?
5 portions of fresh fruit or vegetables are recommended a day. That’s bitch hard to do without drinking smoothies which can be 2 or more in one glass.
Cracking things altogether are smoothies. I’ll never forget mine in the Arndale Centre that day.
Yeah I don’t really eat fruit or veg so try to get some of the nutrients one gets from them by drinking smoothies, vegeatble soup and the like. Been on a bit of a health kick recently so have smoothies every day. May just be a psychological thing but I feel much better. Besides, they taste lovely.
Smoothies are nice but I have never and will never buy one from a smoothie bar. Total rip off. Much better to make them at home yourself.
Strawberrys and bananas are a good combo imo.
Burgers are much cheaper if you make them yourself too but everyone still buys them when they’re out.

Don’t take smoothies.
There must be something wrong with taking so much fruit and veg etc into your system in one helping…
Squeez make good smoothie in a carton at a good price. I do also much prefer to whip out the blender and make my own. Zumo and the like are rip offs

I don’t like certain trends in Irish society.
People drinking mochas, lattes and smoothies and talking in American accents while half believing they’re characters in Friends is one of them.

But seriously the trends thing is something that really annoys me. Luckily Ive found a way to relieve my frustration over it. Just shout abuse at them. It feels good I tell thee.

To be honest, I’ve only been to a starbucks twice(I think) I thought it was nice.
