Sport Books

I thought so, there’s an excellent book about cycling in Rwanda called ‘land if second chances’ that’s a great read, Miller’s first book is good as well, of course we spoke about ‘the ascent’ before, I thought that was great

There was a really good book last year or maybe this year about Irish Cycling in the 80s
Can’t remember the name of it, which I know is no help to this—
Edit - just saw post above, “the ascent” cracking read

It’s a good book but there’s too much of Kimmage whinging in it.

Some good books in here

I found it pretty predictable tbh. Glossed over the oul epo

This is a really good and less well known cycling book,

Read it alright. Not bad at all. “One more km and we’re in the showers” is a good read too.

I have that one. Richard Moore’s book about hinault and Lemond is a good one.,

Slaying the badger daycent enough, but, like gaa books, a lot of the same oul shite in a new bag.

I donno could I stomach a cycling book, old or new, with all the drug abuse going on. Used love them.

I’m the same. I’d love to read floyd landis story though.

Just finished Davys. Very entertaining read, some man to settle scores, but id say a decent if madly intense skin. Any nominations for the following?
besides @twiceasnice97 obviously

I’d say @twiceasnice97 shit himself when he read that

Was reading the Dunphy book , “The Rocky Road”, but have abandoned it 3/4 of the way through. I just find it boring. Like a lot of sports books unfortunately. They’re just not very interesting.

The Sean Mannion book was a great read I thought
