They could change the goalposts to giant watercoolers.

It might be worth considering formalising the soggy biscuit game.

So, another step closer to rugby league where scrum is an exercise in futility?

Banning upright tackles tho, that takes thinking. Wonder does that then increase the potential for concussions given theyre most commonly due to poor head placement in a low tackle? So, solving(?) one problem by worsening another?

All gash anyway to be honest, would need to get rid of a maul and even ruck situation if seriously looking to remove close contact and breathing directly on each other.

The whole concussion debate being associated with high tackles is a farce. High takles could cause neck injuries. Concussions are more likely in the ruck, in particular when the tackler is trying to roll away and the attacking players dive off feet into ruck. This is not reffed and preventable. World rugby is using Covid as an excuse o reduce tackle high is hilarious.

just took them 100 years to catch up with league

would be great if they merged

League had contested scrums until not too long ago. In fact it’s still allowed, they just don’t contest. It’s quite bizarre actually.
