Wales don’t have their own bank notes though. Cornwall has its own language, culture and history, it’s about as much a country as Wales.

Are you being serious? I’ve never regarded Wales or Scotland as countries…the Tudors were Welsh but were able to become kings and Queens of England? The Stewarts of Scotland the same … They are principalities.
