What’s the Northside/Southside split on Roy’s list at this stage?
I’ll give Roy this - he understands the value of ceilings. He gets ceilings. That is a very important thing to get when it comes to a pub.
A ceiling is as important to the ambience in a pub as a black and white chequerboard floor is to the ambience of a mainline Irish railway station.
